Promoter Requirements

MRA Sanctioned
- Use minimum of 4 MRA classes (discretion of MRA)
- Pre inspection of facility by MRA representative
- Copy of one million dollar (minimum) insurance policy
- Adhere to MRA Track Safety Guidelines
- Enforce MRA Class Rules and General and Safety Rules
- Scales on sight to weigh race vehicles (MRA will assist)
- Permission to randomly test fuel (MRA will provide)
- Mandatory re-tech for MRA class records
- Advertise event as “MRA Sanctioned”
- Include correct MRA Class Names on race flyers
- Provide description of expected track conditions on
race flyers and MRA website (MRA will assist)
- Placement of MRA banners and sponsor banners
- Permission for any media coverage provided by MRA
- Provide race results to MRA rep within 3 days

MRA Supported
- Use minimum of 2 MRA classes (discretion of MRA)
- Follow MRA Track Safety Guidelines with no on site
assistance or inspection from MRA representative
- Enforce MRA Class Rules and General and Safety rules
- Advertise event as “MRA Supported”
- Include correct MRA Class Names in advertising
- Provide description of expected track conditions on
race flyers and MRA website.

MRA Assistance Provided

MRA Sanctioned
- Pre-Inspection of race facility
- MRA rep present on race day to assist with track layout and
vehicle inspection
- Advertising of event on the MRA website
- Inclusion of event into the MRA National Points Series
- Right to record MRA record times
- Checklist of people to include on insurance policy
- Referral of event for any available media coverage

- Advertising on the MRA Website
- Use of MRA Class Rules
- Use of MRA General and Safety Rules
- Use of MRA Track Safety Guidelines
